龍鱗62濾杯 

濾杯為龍年定制款，外壁肌理取自“龍鱗”。龍鱗似魚鱗，自古有“鯉魚躍龍門”的傳說，象徵逆流而上，飛黃騰達。鱗片以近乎完美的幾何排列鋪滿動物身體，故將“龍鱗”鋪滿濾杯外壁曲面，有幾何依據，且具美感。此肌理又似中國古建築中的琉璃瓦層疊效果，而屋頂神獸亦充滿龍鱗元素，二者相互關聯，相輔相成，象徵高貴吉祥。石大宇將“龍鱗”融入咖啡濾杯之中，是賦予當代《龍鱗62濾杯》源於中華文化底蘊的視覺語言。

濾杯內部沿用《山文62》設計，濾杯內部為胡元正先生所構思的原創溝槽，經反覆試驗後，達到他推算出的最佳均勻萃取流速，不易阻塞，從而避免咖啡因萃取過度而產生的苦、澀、酸等異味，保留了咖啡的香味和口感。胡元正先生提出的62度，使濾紙與濾杯貼合，達成一致的萃取。

 

濾杯三大特點

 

1.    CT62濾杯內部內圈的位置與濾杯底部形狀及深度，保證萃取流速順暢。

2.    濾杯62度角與24條溝槽的分佈密度，咖啡萃取更為高效均勻。
