果丁丁處理廠位於耶加雪菲南部的Gedeb高山地帶,屬於衣索比亞最具代表性的精品咖啡產區之一。處理廠座落於Banko Gutiti村落周邊,涼爽的高山氣候、明顯的日夜溫差與肥沃的火山土壤,為咖啡櫻桃提供了理想的生長條件。當地咖啡多由周邊小農種植,每戶農地通常不到一公頃,農民以傳統庭院式或混林方式栽培咖啡樹,成熟的紅櫻桃再集中送至果丁丁處理廠進行細緻分選與後製處理。處理廠以穩定的乾燥管理與嚴謹的品質控管著稱。在後製乾燥階段,採用非洲高架棚進行緩慢乾燥,讓櫻桃中的糖分與果膠隨時間逐步轉化,堆疊出細緻風味層次。也因此,來自果丁丁處理廠的咖啡,往往展現出耶加雪菲經典而迷人的香氣印象——優雅的花香、柑橘與細緻的水果氣息,伴隨明亮而細膩的酸質與乾淨悠長的尾韻,整體風味清晰且富有層次,是許多咖啡愛好者認識耶加雪菲風味時極具代表性的風格。
