入口第一瞬間，覆盆莓甘納許的紅色果韻輕輕浮現，細緻微酸而柔滑，在舌尖緩緩化開，帶出法式甜點的優雅氣息。接骨木花隨之出現，輕盈而透明，如光影落在凡爾賽花園，使整體風味更顯柔和。杏桃與芒果的金色果甜逐步顯現，溫潤圓熟，如珠寶盒在燈光下被打開。尾韻停留於紅絲絨般的絲滑質地之中，柔軟而有結構，甜美卻不張揚，如一場靜謐的法式甜點晚宴。
