【關於雅慕伊咖啡莊園】

 

位於台灣嘉義縣阿里山鄉特富野部落的雅慕伊咖啡莊園，座落於海拔約1120至1520公尺的高山地帶，為鄒族原住民社區的一部分。此區終年雲霧繚繞、日夜溫差顯著，肥沃壤土與清澈山泉水源構成咖啡樹理想的生長環境。莊園以茶產業的深厚基礎為起點，發展出專業的精品咖啡栽培體系，結合傳統農藝與精密後製技術，展現阿里山高地獨特而細膩的風土特徵。

 

雅慕伊咖啡莊園主要栽種Geisha、Typica與SL34等品種，並採用多種處理製程，包括日曬、水洗與蜜處理。於乾燥階段，莊園使用多層高架棚架並進行精準環境監控，以確保每一批次的品質穩定與風味層次。作為阿里山產區的代表性莊園之一，雅慕伊咖啡展現出台灣高山精品咖啡的潛力與獨特性，並在國際市場逐步獲得肯定。其Geisha日曬批次於2025年Cup of Excellence Taiwan中以88.58分榮獲第十二名，象徵台灣產區邁向精品化與國際化的重要里程碑。
