也讓初次接觸的新朋友能從中探索樂趣、分享驚喜，一同開啟關於咖啡基因與風味的探索之旅。


「咖啡品種套組」內含專為咖啡沖煮設計的AQUACODE沖煮水，並使用濾掛包，穩定沖煮環境，達到減少研磨變因、穩定水質，

以簡化且嚴謹的方式提供感官判讀的體驗。

 

 

內容物：

§品種濾掛包 12g±0.2g/包，共5包。  ( 5款咖啡品種/ 各1包 ）

§AQUACODE 沖煮水 1條。

§套組沖泡說明、AQUACODE咖啡沖煮水調配說明，會以QR Code形式呈現於箱內。

 

§沖泡示範影片

 

 沖泡流程：

 

[步驟一]

＊計時四分鐘，第一杯注水時，開始計時。

＊將加熱至96度的沖煮水，依序沖入濾掛袋內，水注至滿(濾掛袋袋緣)，每杯的注水時間需維持穩定的速率。

＊接著反覆相同步驟將每杯水量注到210cc(約2~3輪)。

＊使咖啡粉浸潤至計時結束，進行步驟二。

 

[步驟二]

＊依序提起濾掛袋並傾斜，使其袋內咖啡液完整滴漏至杯中，過程中切勿擠壓濾掛袋。

 

保存方式：

為呈現最佳體驗品質，建議收到貨物後將濾掛包以冷凍方式保存。
