自從一系列「烘焙套組」的研發誕生後，不斷有相關咖啡粉購買的需求詢問，經過多次調整參數與思考，我們整理全新的萃取模式，希望透過實際的體驗，讓舊朋友可以重溫校正、新朋友可以體驗分享。

 

在這「觸覺感受套組」內，包含不同強度程度比較、不同的觸覺特性比較及盲測樣本的咖啡濾掛包，透過專為咖啡沖煮設計的AQUACODE沖煮水及濾掛包穩定的沖煮環境，達到減少研磨變因、穩定水質，以簡化且嚴謹的方式提供感官判讀的體驗。

 

 

內容物：

§觸覺強度及特性比較濾掛包 12g±0.2g/包，共21包。  ( 7款分類/ 各3包 ）

§盲測樣本12g±0.2g/包，共6包。 ( 2款分類/ 各3包 ）

§AQUACODE 沖煮水 2條。

§套組沖泡說明、AQUACODE咖啡沖煮水調配說明、解答以及強度表，會以QR Code形式呈現於箱內。

沖泡流程：

[步驟一]

＊計時四分鐘，第一杯注水時，開始計時。

＊將加熱至96度的沖煮水，依序沖入濾掛袋內，水注至滿(濾掛袋袋緣)，每杯的注水時間需維持穩定的速率。

＊接著反覆相同步驟將每杯水量注到210cc(約2~3輪)。

＊使咖啡粉浸潤至計時結束，進行步驟二。

[步驟二]

＊依序提起濾掛袋並傾斜，使其袋內咖啡液完整滴漏至杯中，過程中切勿擠壓濾掛袋。

 

保存方式：

為呈現最佳體驗品質，建議收到貨物後將濾掛包以冷凍方式保存。
