伊帕內瑪莊園創立於1969年，以生產高品質且具可追溯性的巴西精品咖啡為目標並憑藉穩定的品質與持續供應，在巴西咖啡產業中享有極高聲譽。為了確保咖啡品質的卓越穩定，伊帕內瑪莊園建立了一套高度現代化的咖啡處理設施並落實嚴格的品質控管。此外，莊園擁有專業的咖啡杯測團隊，所有成員皆持有美國精品咖啡協會(SCA)杯測師執照及CQI品質協會證書。每天團隊會進行高達300次的杯測，每年累積超過10000次的品質檢測，確保每一批出品的咖啡都符合高標準要求。 

 

目前，伊帕內瑪莊園擁有5500公頃的可栽種土地，分佈於Conquistar、Capoeirinha、Rio Verde三座歷史悠久的咖啡莊園，皆位於巴西著名的南米納斯地區。莊園自成立以來，便與資深農業專家合作，針對土壤、氣候、海拔及地質條件進行深入分析並憑藉超過40年的種植經驗，孕育出如今風味卓越的精品咖啡。除了對於咖啡品質的極致追求，永續經營亦是伊帕內瑪莊園的重要承諾。莊園與農藝科學家密切合作，尋求最適合咖啡與生態環境的管理模式。為了維護生態平衡，在莊園的1500公頃總面積中，僅有626公頃用於咖啡種植，167公頃為其他作物農地，而高達773公頃則劃為自然保留區。對環境的這份承諾，使伊帕內瑪莊園於2002年獲得UTZ認證，並於2004年獲得雨林保護聯盟(Rainforest Alliance)認證，進一步鞏固其在可持續發展方面的領導地位。
