山文62 濾杯

濾杯內部為胡元正先生所構思的原創溝槽，經反覆試驗後，達到他推算出的最佳均勻萃取流速，不易阻塞。

從而避免咖啡因萃取過度而產生的苦、澀、酸等異味，保留了咖啡的香味和口感。胡元正先生提出的62度，使濾紙與濾杯貼合，達成一致的萃取。

濾杯上啞光釉，微現白瓷底色，棱角分明，透明立體，濾杯倒置燒制，釉自上而下由薄漸厚，形成雅致的漸變效果，

如一層薄雪輕柔覆於山峰，意境優美。


綜合濾杯外側肌理以及濾杯內部V62°的角度，故濾杯取名為山文62 /CT62 。
