龍絹62濾杯

濾杯為龍年訂製款，外壁肌理取自“龍鬚”，即龍之毛髮，將其以中國特有之竹編方式，有邏輯的幾何分佈於濾杯外壁，橫縱穿插，如絲織韻律，故名為“絹”。龍鬚成絲，竹編為絹，將神話寫實，象徵高貴與吉祥。石大宇提取“龍鬚”融入咖啡濾杯之中，是賦予當代《龍絹62濾杯》源於中華文化虛實寫意的視覺語言。

 

濾杯內部沿用《山文62》設計，為胡元正先生所構思的原創溝槽，經反覆試驗後，達到他推算出的最佳均勻萃取流速，不易阻塞，從而避免咖啡因萃取過度而產生的苦、澀、酸等異味，保留了咖啡的香味和口感。胡元正先生提出的62度，使濾紙與濾杯貼合，達成一致的萃取。

 

龍絹62咖啡濾杯三大特點：

1.濾杯內部內圈的位置與濾杯底部形狀及深度，保證萃取流速順暢。

2.濾杯62度角與24條溝槽的分佈密度，咖啡萃取更為高效均勻。

3.注水手法相容性高，從中央定點到大範圍繞圈都能均勻萃取。
