【天然甘蔗EA低咖啡處理法】


根據美國農業會(USDA)規定,去咖啡因製程的產品,須去除97%以上的咖啡因。天然甘蔗EA低咖啡因生豆進行去咖啡因的流程:

(1)用低壓高溫熱蒸生豆,使生豆孔隙張開

(2)用發酵甘蔗的天然副產物-乙酸乙酯(E.A.)作為引子來結合咖啡生豆內的綠原酸,多次更新浸泡的E.A.溶劑,以降低生豆內的含咖啡因物質

(3)反覆浸泡後,咖啡生豆會再進行一次的熱蒸,使殘留的E.A.小於5p.p.m(國際法規安全規定小於20p.p.m)

從甘蔗萃取出的天然副產品E.A.,沸點僅有攝氏77度,故在焙過程中,亦可將殘餘的E.A.氣化。此原料和製程皆天然的低咖啡因處理法,絕對可以讓對咖啡因敏感的消費者,百分百安心飲用
