【關於名陽園】

名陽園的莊園主---王政淵先生,本身經營茶園多年,近幾年隨著阿里山的咖啡種植技術越來越成熟,王大哥開始拓展農園,跟著其他農友們一起投入咖啡栽植的領域。王大哥剛開始處理咖啡果實時,每次在做瑕疵豆挑選時都會糾結好久,畢竟每顆果實都是辛苦種植的結晶心血!但做茶與做咖啡看待的角度不同,經過這幾年的自我學習、農友交流等努力,慢慢透悉精品咖啡的採收條件、生豆瑕疵狀況與後製處理保存等相關專業知識,並添購咖啡烘焙機在莊園附近建造自己的咖啡工廠。名陽園莊園在台灣咖啡種植區域裡,具有得天獨厚的地理位置,阿里山長年雲霧繚繞,天然霧氣具有遮陰樹效果使平均日照時間縮短,加上日夜溫差約有10~15度的差距,雖然名陽園種植的咖啡屬於樹齡非常年輕的樹,但優異的種植環境使此莊園生產的咖啡先天就具有飽滿的甜度。有賴於王大哥對咖啡的熱情與細節的重視,名陽園每年出產的咖啡品質非常穩定,今年饕選咖啡向王大哥採購一批極小量的厭氧日曬藝妓,此批次的後製處理是將採收的熟果先製作72小時的厭氧處理後放置在架高棚日曬,再以熱風機乾燥,這支豆子除了帶有飽滿的甜感外,透過厭氧後製處理在BODY的呈現上也非常優秀。
